WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD/ZONING BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT
TAKE NOTICE THAT ON Monday, June 8, 2026, 2026 at 6 p.m. a hearing will be held before the Washington Township Planning Board/Zoning Board of Adjustment on the development application of CSA 5, LLC requesting Use Variance Approval and Wavier of Site Plan Review to permit the occupation of two existing commercial buildings (combined 3,749 square feet) for eleven (11) leased commercial suites for professional offices and professional services at property located at 571 Route 168, Blackwood, and designated as Block 216, Lot 6 on the Washington Township Municipal Tax Map. The subject property consists of 0.5-acres and is located in the HC-1 Highway Commercial Zone. No site improvements are proposed, except for a proposed ADA concrete ramp and platform and the restriping of the existing parking lot to provide 21 parking spaces.
Use Variance approval is requested because the HC-1 Zone permits a broad array of professional office and personal service uses but for one occupied user only. The Applicant will seek any and all other variances, deviations, waivers or approvals that the Board or its professional staff may deem necessary upon review of the application.
