PUBLIC NOTIFICATION FOR FLOOD HAZARD REVISIONS The Town of Lady Lake Public Works Department of Development Review and Floodplain Information, [in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1),] hereby gives notice of NV5 (on behalf of Kolter Land Partners, LLC) intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located near Rolling Acres Rd, NE 90th St., and Lake Ella Rd. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised within the Zone A floodplains located in existing depressional areas. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established and 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow or be established. During the development of Reserves at Hammock Oaks Phase 3, full retention stormwater management facilities were constructed and existing depressional areas were modified to fully retain all stormwater runoff on-site.
