PUBLIC NOTIFICATION FOR THE MILLCREEK-RICHLAND JOINT AUTHORITY'S PUMP STATION NO. 4 REPLACEMENT
Per 25 PA Code § 71.53(d)(6), the Millcreek-Richland Joint Authority proposes to replace its existing Pump Station No. 4 and force main. The existing pump station is located at the Authority's office at 2 N. Race Street, Richland, Lebanon County on a 0.37-acre parcel. The pump station conveys the Authority's wastewater to the Myerstown Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Authority will replace its existing pump station with a new 900 gallon per minute pump station at the existing site and install a new 11,700-foot long 12-inch diameter force main parallel to the existing force main and within its existing easement. The PA DEP Sewage Facilities Planning Module for this project is available for public review and comment at the Richland Borough Office at 5 Pine Street, PA 17087 (717-866-5601, Office Hours M, W, TR 9-4:30, T 10:30-6:30, F 9-2). Comments from the public must be provided in writing and forwarded to the Borough Office. Comments shall be accepted for a 30-day period commencing on the date of this publication.
