A variance is also needed for minimum aisle width for 90-degree parking spaces because 24' is required, 16.3' is existing, and 20' is proposed.
A variance is also needed for minimum aisle width for 80-degree parking spaces because there is no requirement, none exists, and 20' is proposed.
The following is an existing non-conforming condition: minimum distance from parking to side and rear property line because 3' is required, 0' is existing, and 0' is proposed.
Applicant will also seek all additional relief identified throughout the application process, including, but not limited to, other use or bulk variances, exceptions, or waivers.
The school is an inherently beneficial use, which under the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL) N.J.S.A. 40:55D-4 is one that by its nature serves the public good (i.e., education).
