TO: FANNY BROWN, JIM BROWN, and their heirs, beneficiaries or assigns, CHELSEA PORTER; TRICKERA TYWANNA SIMS; and ALL OF THE WORLD YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Petitioner filed his Verified Petition to Quiet Title on June 7, 2021 in the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia concerning land known as 0.92 acres situated in Bloomingdale, Chatham County, Georgia, shown on a Plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Chatham County Superior Court in Plat Record Book 19-P, Page 90, with a PIN currently in use by the Chatham County Tax Assessor's Office of 80010M04004. The Court has entered an Order for Service by Publication dated September 30, 2025.
