WHITESIDE a/k/a JANE INEZ WHITESIDE, Defendant. Case No. 19 LM 545 The requisite Affidavit for Service by Publication having been filed in the above-captioned cause, NOTICE is hereby given to JANE I. WHITESIDE a/k/a JANE INEZ WHITESIDE, defendant in the above-captioned action, that a Petition to Revive Judgment in the above-captioned action is now pending in the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Illinois, Sangamon County, against you requesting revival of the judgment entered in the above-captioned action on June 14, 2019, in favor of plaintiff CITIZENS EQUITY FIRST CREDIT UNION, an Illinois credit union, and for other relief.
