The requisite Affidavits for Service by Publication having been filed in the above-captioned cause NOTICE is hereby given to UNKNOWN HEIRS, LEGATEES OR DEVISEES of MICHAEL SELPH, DECEASED, UNKNOWN OWNERS and NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, defendants in the above-captioned case, that the above-captioned mortgage foreclosure case is now pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Illinois, Fulton County, against you and other defendants praying for the foreclosure of the mortgage hereinafter described conveying the real estate legally described as follows:
Lots Numbered 52 and 53 in Baylor's Fourth Addition to the City of Cuba, situated in the City of Cuba, in the County of Fulton and State of Illinois;
P.I.N. 13-13-20-206-001;
Commonly known as 216 N 9th St, Cuba, IL 61427.
The name of the title holder of record and an identification of the mortgage to be foreclosed is as follows:
(A) Name or names of present owner or owners of the premises: UNKNOWN HEIRS, LEGATEES OR DEVISEES OF MICHAEL SELPH, DECEASED, THOMAS DEAN SELPH and JARED PAUL COZART;
(B) Date of Mortgage: October 13, 2016;
(C) Name of Mortgagor: Michael Selph, Deceased;
(D) Name of Mortgagee: CITIZENS EQUITY FIRST CREDIT UNION, an Illinois credit union a/k/a CEFCU;
(E) Date and place of recording: October 18, 2016, Fulton County, Illinois, Office of County Clerk & Recorder;
(F) Identification of recording: Document No. 1673139.
And you are further notified that unless on or before July 15, 2026, you shall answer and defend in said suit, default judgment may be entered against you on said date or thereafter.
