PUBLISHED NOTICE TO TYLER EVERETT CARDOVA Tyler Everett Cardova, who is the biological father of a child born to Kaylee Marie Becher on August 8, 2016, is notified that a petition for adoption of the child was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Knox Circuit Court, 111 N 7th St #14, Vincennes, Indiana. On said date, the petitioner also filed his praecipe for summons along with supporting affidavits showing that diligent search has been made and that Tyler Everett Cardova cannot be located. If Tyler Everett Cardova wishes to contest the adoption of the child, the father must do so within thirty (30) days after the receipt of this notice. If Tyler Everett Cardova does not file a motion to contest the adoption within thirty (30) days after service of this notice then the above named court will hear and determine the petition for adoption. His consent will be irrevocably implied and he will lose his right to contest either the adoption or the validity of his implied consent to the adoption.
