Paragonah Town Water Improvement Project ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOOTHILL WATER USERS COMPANY PARAGONAH, UTAH CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS SITE WORK PROJECT General Notice Paragonah Town (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Paragonah Water Improvements Project 15005 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of the ENGINEER located at 88 E Fiddlers Canyon Road, Suite 210, Cedar City, UT 84721, until Wednesday, July 1st , 2026 at 5:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: The Town of Paragonah Culinary Water Improvements Project is intended to improve the reliability, capacity, and overall performance of the Town's existing culinary water system. The project includes, replacement and extension of water distribution lines throughout the system, installation of pressure-reducing valves, replacement of aging meters and laterals, installation of new fire hydrants, and related site/access improvements. These improvements will help address aging infrastructure, improve system pressures, and increase available fire flow. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $100 for each set, no part of which will be refunded. Make deposit check for Bidding Documents payable to Ensign Engineering and Land Surveying. Pre-bid Conference A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 at 3:00 PM at Paragonah Town Office, 44 N 100 W St, Paragonah, UT 84760. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Questions All questions should be directed in writing via questCDN. In interest of a fair bidding process, verbal questions will not be accepted. The last day for questions shall be June 23rd at 5:00 PM. Domestic Preference This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, §§ 70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States.
