If you fail to respond, a Protection Order and an Order To Surrender And Prohibit Weapons will be issued against you pursuant to RCW 7.105.310 for a minimum of one year from the date you are required to appear. A Temporary Protection Order has been issued against you, restraining you from the following (contact the court for a complete copy of the order) - A Temporary Order To Surrender And Prohibit Weapons has been issued against you ordering you to immediately surrender all firearms, other dangerous weapons and concealed pistol licenses in your possession, custody, or control to a local Kitsap County law enforcement agency. The weapons order also prohibits you from accessing, having in your custody or control, obtaining,possessing, purchasing, receiving or attempting to purchase or receive any firearms or other dangerous weapons, or obtaining or possessing a concealed pistol license. Copies of the petition, notice of hearing, temporary protection order and temporary weapons order have been filed with the clerk of this Court. I am requesting this Legal Notice because I have been unable to locate the Defendant despite reasonable and diligent efforts. I do not have a current or valid address for her, and attempts to obtain accurate information have been unsuccessful.
