Pines FEMA LOMR Notification The City of Westlake Engineering Department hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located along the east side of Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, centered approximately 3,000 feet east of the intersection of Seminole Pratt Whitney Road and Persimmon Boulevard. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised within a portion of the C-51 Sub-Basin 8 boundary and include Lakes 12, 8, O1, O2, O4, O5, O6, O7, O8, P6, P7, P10, P11, P12, P13, P14, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, R2-2, T2, V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, V6, and V7. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established for Lakes V1-V7 and P12-P14. The 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase for Lakes S3-S9, 12, P6, P7, P10, P11 and R2-2. The 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall decrease for Lakes 8, T2, O1, O2, and O4-O8. The 1% annual chance floodplain shall be established for Lakes V1-V7, and P12-P14.
