Plainfield Plan Commission Public Hearing
Pursuant to applicable law, the Plainfield Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on January 5, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at the Council Chambers at Plainfield Civic Center, 206 West Main Street, Plainfield, Indiana on the following petition:

Petition: A public hearing regarding extending the Future Character and Land Use Map of the Thrive! Comprehensive Plan as follows: West from the extant border of the Future Character and Land Use Map to an area roughly one (1) mile west of Indiana Highway 39, extending generally southward from the vicinity of U.S. Highway 40 to the southern boundary of Hendricks County.

At the Public Hearing:
Written comments may be submitted to the Plan Commission Secretary and/or presented verbally during the public hearing.

The Public Hearing may need to be continued from time to time as may be found necessary. The Public Hearing will be open to the public and comments related to the petition will be heard at this hearing.
