Districts; 95-7.8-Accessory Buildings and Structures. Located in Zoning District R-20 (Single Family Residential) REASON (include proposed work and cite Zoning Officer's denials) 95-7.24C In residential zones, fences shall not exceed 3 feet in height in a front yard. Pursuant to 95-5.1 (ex. 5-1), the minimum required front setback for properties in the R-20 Zone that front on a collector road is 75 feet.
