PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Craig & Marianne Meisner applied to the Zoning Board of the Township of Manalapan for a variance from the Manalapan Township Land Use Ordinance: Section 95-7.3.F: NONCONFORMING LOTS AND STRUCTURES
Reason: Craig & Marianne Meisner propose to add 2 additions to existing dwelling and a 2 car attached garge. 95-7.3.F (1)(b) A nonconforming lot may not be used for any purpose unless the lot conforms to the applicable minimum lot area requirements. Pursuant to 95-5.1 (Ex.5-1), the minimum required lot area in the R-AG Zone is 120,000 S.F. (=2.75 acres), whereas the subject property is +/- 2.49 acres.
The Applicant reserves the right to request approval for any and all other variances or design waivers deemed necessary by the Board or its professionals before or during the public hearing on premises located on 148 McCaffery Road, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726 known as Block 67 Lot 3.08 on the Tax Map of Manalapan Township.
The application is now on the Secretary's Calendar and a Public hearing has been scheduled for Thursday eving, July 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, in the Township Hall Court Room located at 120 Route 522, Manalapan, New Jersey, at which time you may appear in person or by agent or attorney and present any comments which you may have to the granting of this variance application.
All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. in the office of the Adminstrator to the Planning Board and the Zoning Board in the Municipal Complex, 120 Route 522, Manalapan Township, New Jersey.
