PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Montgomery on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Auditorium in City Hall, at 103 North Perry Street, a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following items:
DP-2025-029 DECKER LANE Public hearing for a development plan for a new building to be located at 8172 Decker Lane in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District.
DP-1982-144 WEST FAIRVIEW AVENUE Public hearing for a development plan for a new building to be located at 725 West Fairview Avenue in a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.
DP-2019-003 EASTCHASE LANE Public hearing for a development plan for a new building to be located at 1956 EastChase Lane in a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.
DP-2025-028 VAUGHN ROAD Public hearing for a development plan for a new building located at 8570 Vaughn Road in an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District.
9392 EASTCHASE LANE Request final approval of Holiday Inn EastChase Plat No. 1A located on the south side of EastChase Lane, approximately 1,000 ft. west of Berryhill Road, in a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.
9393 ELLIS DRIVE Request final approval of Ogbonna Akandu Plat No. 1 located on the south side of Ellis Drive, across from Brinsfield Drive, in an R-60-d (Duplex Residential) Zoning District.
RZ-2025-011 SELMA HIGHWAY Request recommendation for approval to rezone property containing 6.80 acres (+/-) located on the south side of Selma Highway, approximately 2,800 ft. west of Felder Road, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District (aka 6795 Selma Highway).
RZ-2024-020 ATLANTA HIGHWAY Request recommendation for approval to rezone one (1) lot located on the northeast corner of Atlanta Highway and Wares Ferry Road from an O-2 (Office) Zoning District to a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District.
