Pocono Mountain Regional Airport Acrylic Roof Coating Bid Bids are requested for the Acrylic Roof Coating Project at Pocono Mountain Regional Airport – South Hanger, 188 Airport Road, Tobyhanna, Pa 18466. Bids will be received until 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Bids shall be mailed to Jean Gold at Pocono Mountain Regional Airport, 188 Airport Road, Tobyhanna, PA 18466. Bid shall be clearly titled "ACRYLIC ROOF COATING PROJECT AT POCONO MOUNTAIN REGIONAL AIRPORT – SOUTH HANGER, 188 AIRPORT ROAD, TOBYHANNA, PA 18466". Bids received after the stated time will not be accepted. Bid documents will be available as of March 23, 2026. One (1) set of bid documents will be available by calling the Roof Consultant. Documents will be provided at no charge, via email, in PDF format. A mandatory Zoom pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 10:00 am. All bidders who request a bid package will be invited to the zoom conference call. All of the drawings, specifications and photos will be presented to make everything understandable. There will not be on-site pre-bid meeting. Work shall commence in the Spring of 2026 (approx. April 21, 2026). Work shall be substantially completed within 30 days of commencement. Prevailing Wages shall be required on this project. A 10% Bid Bond must be submitted with all bids, and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. Bids shall remain firm and may be held by the owner for a period of not to exceed thirty (30) days. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any or all informalities in the bidding.
