Poland CSD - Advertisement for Bids DOCUMENT 00 11 13 - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Proposals for: POLAND CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT 2025 / 2026 CAPITAL OUTLAY PROJECT MAIN BUILDING - RECONSTRUCTION - SED NO. 21-11-03-04-0-002-030 The project includes a General Construction Contract for reconstruction at the Main Building for Poland Central School District. Bids will be received by Poland Central School District on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time, at which time Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be read in the Cafeteria. Submit (2) copies of the Bid Form. Obtaining Electronic Contract Documents: * Contract Documents may be downloaded from the Plan and Print Systems, Inc. website for a non-refundable cost of $100.00. Obtaining Paper Contract Documents: * Drawings, Specifications and Bid Forms may be obtained at the office of Plan & Print Systems, Inc., Ph: 315-437-5111, located at 6160 Eastern Avenue, Syracuse, New York, 13211, upon deposit of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). Please forward/mail your deposit checks to Plan & Print Systems for processing, but make the checks payable to "Poland Central School District". Cash will not be acceptable as a deposit for the Contract Documents. * Only complete sets will be issued. Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge, payable by separate check to Plan & Print Systems, Inc. Any sets required in excess of the above-mentioned maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at the full cost of printing, at their cost, directly from Plan & Print Systems. The Board of Education, above named, reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and irregularities and reject any or all Bids. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and attached wage rates schedule to be paid under this Contract. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within forty-five (45) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The Board of Education further reserves its right to disqualify Bidders for any material failure to comply with the "Instructions to Bidders".
