Probate 48523 Succession of Malcolm Watkins TRACT I: A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A parcel of land located in Section 66, Township 4 North, Range 3 West and Section 42, Township 4 North, Range 4 West more particularly described as follows: Start at the SE corner of said Section 66 and run North 26 degrees 15 minutes East 8.57 chains to establish the point of beginning; from the point of beginning as thus established, continue North 26 degrees 15 minutes East a distance of 3.17 chains to establish the front of the property herein conveyed; thence turn eft and run North 63 degrees 45 minutes West 6.34 chains; thence turn left and run South 26 degrees 15 minutes West 3.17 chains; thence turn left and run South 63 degrees 45 minutes East 6.34 chains back to the point of beginning.
