Letters of Office were issued on December 10, 2025 to CARLA PRIMOUS whose address is 425 Howard Ave., Rockford, Illinois 61102, who is the legal representative of the estate. Her attorney is Philip J. Bernstein, 11189 Ridgewood Dr., Highland Park, IL 60035. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Winnebago County Circuit Clerk--Probate Division at the Winnebago County Courthouse, 400 West State Street, Rockford, Illinois 61101, or with the estate's legal representative, or both, on or before June 14, 2026, that date being six (6) months from the date of first publication of this Notice, or within three (3) months from the date of mailing or delivery of Notice to creditors, if mailing or delivery is required by Section 18-3 of the Illinois Probate Act of 1975, as amended, whichever date is later.
