Proposals for Professional Services to Perform a Condition Assessment and Prepare a Report The City of Ithaca is requesting proposals for professional services to perform a Condition Assessment and prepare a Report for Green Street Parking Garage as requested by the City of Ithaca and Ithaca Fire Department. Green Street Parking Garage(located at 120 East Green Street, Ithaca, NY 14850) is a single threaded helix PT Reinforced Concrete design consisting of seven levels and approximately 460 parking spaces. The consultant shall provide engineering services related to the following engineering/Inspection tasks: - Engineering Condition Assessment - Condition Survey Report Existing References Construction Documents & Drawings: - Original Construction 1974 - Condition Assessment Report – City of Ithaca Green Street Parking Garage – March 2020 - Asteri Ithaca Green Street Parking Garage Drawings 2026 Physical copies and electronic proposals will be accepted until July 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
