Public Announcement Concerning Royal Cape Cod Nursing & Rehabilitation Center 8 Lewis Point Road Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 On June 25, 2026, the Department of Public Health, Division of Health Care Facility Licensure and Certification (the "Department") received notification of a proposed change of ownership of Royal Cape Cod Nursing & Rehabilitation Center located at 8 Lewis Point Road, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 (the "Facility"). The proposed new owner, Cape Cod Nursing and Rehab LLC, with an address at 400 Rella Blvd, Suite 200, Montebello NY 10901, if deemed suitable by the Department, intends to acquire the nursing home operations from the current operator, Royal Health Group, LLC, with an address at 8 Lewis Point Road, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532. There will be no changes in the bed capacity or the services currently provided by the Facility. A public hearing may be requested upon a petition by any group of 10 adults. Such petition shall include the name, address, and signature of each adult and must designate one member as a representative of the group.
