Bids will be opened March 24, 2026 at 9:00 am. Demolition of house and garage located at 16050 Greenbower Street NE, Alliance, Ohio. The asbestos inspection has been done and there is there is no positive material. Inspection report upon request. The following needs to be included in the bid: Demolition of house and garage Remove all debris from site. All footers and foundation removed. Clean backfill for building site. Grade, seed and straw lot. All utilities marked and disconnected. Cap sanitary sewer – county sewer and well Obtain demolition permits from county. Obtain Ohio EPA notification of demolition.
