Public Comment Opportunity The Ozarks Transportation Organization (OTO) announces a public comment period for the update of the OTO Public Participation Plan. The plan outlines how the OTO informs, engages, and gathers public input throughout the regional transportation planning process. The public comment period runs from 5/29/26 through 7/13/26. Comments received will be incorporated where appropriate before the plan is presented to OTO's Board of Directors for adoption. A draft of the updated plan is available for review at the OTO office, 2208 W. Chesterfield Blvd, Suite 101, Springfield, MO 65807 and online at ozarkstransportation.org.
