Public Comment Period for Cumberland County Community Development PY 2024 CAPER In continuing our efforts to enhance citizen participation among County residents, Cumberland County Community Development (CCCD) has made available for your review and comment a draft of the Program Year (PY) 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER provides information on Cumberland County's use of the Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership Act grant funds during PY2024 (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025). This allows the County an opportunity to evaluate its overall progress in carrying out the priorities and specific objectives identified. All citizens are encouraged to review the document and offer comments. Please contact your local Town Hall for hours of operation. The CAPER will also be available for review on the Cumberland County's website at www.cumberlandcountync.gov. Go to Departments and click on Community Development. The final version of the CAPER, as submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, will be available at the County Clerk's office, Cumberland County Courthouse – 5th floor, 117 Dick Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301; CCCD's office; and on the County's website (Community Development Department's web page) after September 30th.
