Public Hearing Notice - BFSD Public Infrastructure Storm Sewer Facilities NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BFSD PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE STORM SEWER FACILITIES FOR THE CITY OF BONDURANT, IOWA At 6:00 P.M. on the 3rd day of November 2025, the City Council of the City of Bondurant, Iowa will, in said Council Chambers at City Hall, 200 Second Street NE, Bondurant, Iowa, hold a hearing and said Council proposes to adopt plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the BFSD Public Infrastructure Storm Sewer Facilities project. The description of the project is as follows: BFSD PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE STORM SEWER FACILITIES Construct BFSD Public Infrastructure Storm Sewer Facilities including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a detention pond with approximately 77,000 CY of cut, 1,200 lineal feet of 36-inch storm sewer, 150 lineal feet of 24-inch storm sewer, 500 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, intakes, storm and sanitary manholes, earthwork , PCC patching, surface restoration, traffic control, and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup. At said hearing, the City Council will consider the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the project, the same now being on file in the office of the City Clerk, reference to which is made for a more detailed and complete description of the proposed improvements, and at said time and place the said Council will also receive and consider any objections to said plans, specifications and form of contract or to the estimated cost of said improvements made by any interested party.
