Public Hearing Notice

Public Hearing Notice Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Human Resource Agency, 1527 White Avenue, Henderson, TN will hold a Public Hearing at 4:00 PM, Wednesday May 20, 2026. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a project that is funded pursuant to Section 5311 of Chapter 53 of Title 49 of the United States Code under grant contract with the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation. The project is generally described as follows: The provision and operation of a Coordinated Rural Public Transportation system to persons in the eight county service areas of Southwest Tennessee: Chester, Decatur, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Madison and McNairy Counties. Representatives of the Southwest HRA Agency will be present at the site one hour prior to the time of the hearing to informally explain the plans and related information to all interested persons. Written statements and other exhibits in place of or in addition to oral statement made at the hearing may be addressed to Diana Turner, Transportation Director, 1527 White, Avenue, P.O.
