Public Hearing Notices-City of Belmont The Belmont city council will conduct public hearings to review the three long-range planning documents listed below on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. in the First Floor Community Room at the CityWorks building (1401 East Catawba St, Belmont). - Multimodal Network Plan - Comprehensive Land Use Plan Update - Small Area Plans - Wilkinson Boulevard Small Area Plan Update and re-adoption of others (Center City, South Fork, & Montcross) These plans are all related to the city's overall Comprehensive Land Use Plan Update effort.
