Public Hearing PHA Agency Plan PUBLIC NOTICE Housing Catalyst and the Larimer County Housing Authority invite the public to review and comment on the following documents: • 2027 Annual Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan • 2027 Moving to Work (MTW) Supplement • Administrative Plan The public review and comment period begins Friday July 17, 2026, and ends Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Copies of the plans are available for review: • Online at housingcatalyst.com • During regular business hours at Housing Catalyst, 1715 W. Mountain Avenue, Fort Collins, CO A public hearing will be held via Zoom on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The Zoom meeting link will be posted on the Housing Catalyst website prior to the hearing.
