Public Hearing The New Brighton Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. at the New Brighton Borough Municipal Building, 610 Third Avenue, New Brighton. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the request of John D. Ardellitz Jr., 1568 Second Street, Beaver County Tax Parcel Number 43-006-0605-000-1. The applicant has applied for a variance to enclose the front porch with an addition on the second floor within the required front and side setbacks, contrary to the Multi-Municipal Zoning Ordinance 1269, Section 323.D.2 and Section 308, Table 2. Any party directly affected by this application and wishing to testify before the Board may submit a "request to appear" prior to the hearing or at the time of the hearing. Peggy S.
