Public Hearing The Pulaski Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 4, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. at the Pulaski Township Municipal Building, 3401 Sunflower Road, New Brighton. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the variance request, submitted by Norman E. and Brenda L. Bible, owners of 4001 41st Avenue, Beaver County Tax Parcel Number 74-002-0131-000-1. The applicants have applied for a variance to construct a detached garage, within the required five foot (5') side setback and would also not meet the Township's height requirements, within the "R-1" Low Density Residential Zoning District, contrary to the Multi-Municipal Zoning Ordinance 419, Section 321.A.1 and 2, 323. C.3 and 4, Section 324.G, Table 17, Section 1002.D.1 and Section 1003.E.1. Any interested parties are invited to attend.
