Notice is Hereby Given that on August 6, 2026 at 7:30pm local time, a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning/Zoning Board of the Township of Haddon, at the Haddon Township Municipal Building, 135 Haddon Ave, Westmont, New Jersey, upon the request of the application of 219 Harding Avenue, Haddon Township, New Jersey 08108, Block 29.07 Lot 26 for the purpose of constructing a 2-story rear yard addition.

Total Side Yards: required 25', where 22.32' exists, need relief of 2.68'
Accessory Building: required 5', where 1.89'/1.93' exists, need relief of 3.11'/3.07' respectively
