Public Notice - Articles of Incorporation for Nonprofit NOTICE is hereby given that Articles of Incorporation have been filed with the Dept of State of Pennsylvania, at Harrisburg, PA for the purpose of obtaining a charter of a nonprofit corporation organized under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Articles of Incorporation have been filed on Nov 17, 2023. The name of the corporation is Cornerstone Community Initiative. The purpose for which it was organized is to provide training, rehabilitation, education and improvement of people touched by the criminal justice system and to assist other entitites to do the same.
