Public Notice - BOROUGH OF HOPATCONG TAKE NOTICE that a hearing will be held on April 7th 2026 before the Borough of Hopatcong Land Use Board in Municipal Building, Hopatcong, Sussex County on the application of the undersigned for a variance(s): 1. 242-38.D(6) – Rear yard setback: 20 feet required, 3 feet to existing home, 5 feet to proposed Deck.
