The applicant ML3 Development, LLC is seeking the direct issuance of a permit for lot lacking street frontage [NJSA 40:55D-35] from the required 25 foot set back to a 15 foot set back for the Property located at 205 Broad Street, Beverly, NJ (Lot 5, Blcok 625). All applicable applications, surveys, drawings, and zoning related materials are available for inspection at the office of the Planning Board at the aforementioned address. All interested parties may appear in person or by attorney and participate in the hearing.
