Take notice that Naveen Gattu has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of South Brunswick for approval of a use variance to exceed the floor area ratio (FAR), where .185 is proposed and .175 is permitted, to construct a 25' 4" x 10' 3" sunroom addition on a 25,314 square foot property in the R-1 zone, on property shown as Block 96, Lot 52.46 on the South Brunswick Township current tax map duplicate. Said property is also commonly known as 8 Condor Court, Monmouth Junction, New Jersey 08852.
A hearing on said application will be held by the Zoning Board of Adjustment on May 21, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 540 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, New Jersey 08852, at which time any interested person may be heard concerning said application.
A copy of the maps and documents for which approval is sought is on file in the office of the above Board for public inspection during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), Monday through Friday, except holidays.
