Public Notice: City of Naples Airport Authority REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ("RFP") Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Payroll System RFP # 2026-001. The City of Naples Airport Authority (the "Authority"), a dependent special district and political subdivision of the State of Florida (the "Authority") seeks proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide a single, robust and integrated Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Payroll System that includes scheduling functionality or integrates with the current scheduler, Humanity Schedule. The ideal vendor will specialize in mid-sized organizations where customization and flexibility is prioritized. Request for Proposal (RFP) packages must be received electronically by the City of Naples Airport Authority through www.demandstar.com no later than 2:00 PM (EST) on January 7, 2026. General Project Description (for detailed description, please refer to the full RFP document): The Authority intends to award a five (5) year contract to the best qualified firm that offers a proposal that is deemed to be in the Authority's best interest. The Authority is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities or informalities.
