Public Notice Environmental Justice Public Meeting for New WinCup Holdings, Incorporated WinCup Metuchen Title V Air Permit Renewal Pursuant to New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) regulations at N.J.A.C. 7:1C, et seq. (Environmental Justice), New WinCup Holdings, Inc. (WinCup) will hold a public information session for the purpose of receiving oral and/or written comments on its Title V air permit renewal at its Metuchen facility located in Middlesex County. WinCup will host a public information session on July 23, 2026 at 6 PM at the American Legion located at 17 Calvin Place, Metuchen, NJ 08840 (located directly next to the Metuchen train station) and online via Microsoft Teams (https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/299415097254733?p=rvy6kh5R2uH2JUoG2y). The Teams meeting will have real-time Spanish translation subtitles to facilitate multilingual communication. These subtitles will also be displayed via television during the in-person hearing. The WinCup facility has been designated Program Interest Number 18044 and is authorized under the Title V Air Permit BOP190001. The facility is undergoing a Title V air permit renewal (BOP240001). The EJ Project ID number is 35929717. The WinCup facility is located at 190 Liberty Street, Metuchen, NJ 08840 on block number 37, lot number 8. The WinCup Metuchen facility produces and ships approximately 500 million foam cups per year. WinCup is a "major source" of air pollution (as defined in N.J.A.C. 7:1C-1.5) and, as such, submittal of the air permit renewal application for the WinCup Metuchen facility is subject to the recently adopted NJDEP regulations at N.J.A.C. 7:1C, et seq. (Environmental Justice). A copy of the Environmental Justice Impact Statement (EJIS) document is available at https://dep.nj.gov/ej/meetings/#middlesex and includes a review and analysis of contributions to environmental and public health stressors in the area overburdened community pursuant to New Jersey Statutes Annotated (N.J.S.A.) 13:1D-157 et seq. (N.J.A.C. 7:1C, 2025).
