Public Notice - Evesham Zoning Public Hearing
for zoning variance application for
16 Cedar Ave, Marlton NJ 08053
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Evesham Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on the application of Leon Roomberg at the Evesham Municipal Building, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, NJ, on June 15th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
The subject property is located at 16 East Cedar Avenue, Marlton, NJ known as Block 10.02 and Lot 16 on the Evesham Township Tax Maps.
The applicant is proposing a project that includes:
1. Removing portions of the multi-level rear cement patio and replacing it with a uniform cement patio.
2. Adding three 11'x11' rectangular gazebos to that rear patio.
3. Adding three 11'x11' rectangular gazebos to the area of the pool deck bordering on the back fence.
4. Leaving the shed in place in the back yard.
5. Repairing or replacing an uneven cement patio block in the pool area.
The applicant is seeking the following variances or waivers:
1. Rear yard shed, (5 feet required, 2 feet proposed) (Code Section 160-64E).
2. Pool gazebos (5 feet required, 0 feet proposed) (Code Section 160-64E).
3. The applicant will also seek any other waivers or variances noted by the Board or its staff during the course
of review.
Interested persons may attend this meeting and be heard. Copies of the application, plans and supporting documents are on file with the Planning/Zoning Board Secretary at the Evesham Municipal Building and may be inspected during regular business hours.
