Public Notice For Notice of intent PUBLIC NOTICE FOR NOTICE OF INTENT DePauw University located at 204 E Seminary, Greencastle, IN 46135 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Blackstock Performance Center at 205 W Hanna St, Greencastle, IN 46135. Run-off from the project site will discharge to an enclosed storm sewer located on campus that outlets to an existing pond which ultimately outlets to Big Walnut Creek.
