Public Notice Groundwater Withdrawal Permit Application ROWE Farms, 6609 Hopewell Road, Estill, SC 29918 has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services for a Groundwater Withdrawal Permit, under the Groundwater Use and Reporting Act for one (1) existing well located at approximately N 32.80230634328217, W -81.13434381517587 in Hampton County, SC. A proposed maximum groundwater withdrawal limit of 36 million gallons per year from the Middle Floridan aquifer has been developed from calculated water use requirements for one (1) agricultural irrigation well on approximately fifty-six (56) acres.
