Public Notice Hackettstown MUA Meeting Dates RESOLUTION: #26-8017 DATED: February 10, 2026 The following Resolution #26-8017 was proposed by Kuster who moved its adoption: BE IT RESOLVED: by the Board Members of the Town of Hackettstown Municipal Utilities Authority as follows: 1- The following schedule for the regular meetings of the Authority for the period commencing March 10, 2026 and concluding February 9, 2027 is hereby adopted: March 10, 2026 April 14, 2026 May 12, 2026 June 9, 2026 July 14, 2026 August 11, 2026 September 8, 2026 October 13, 2026 November 10, 2026 December 8, 2026 January 12, 2027 February 9, 2027 2- All regular meetings will be held at the Jacob Garabed Administration Building at 425 Hurley Drive at 3:30 P.M. on the meeting dates above. 3- In order to promote the necessary social distancing to avoid the spread of COVID-19 and other viruses, meetings of the HMUA will also be held virtually at 3:30PM on the meeting dates above. 4- A copy of the meeting schedule shall be prominently posted in the Jacob Garabed Administration Building lobby and also be published in the official newspapers of the Authority.
