Please be advised that an Application for a proposed minor subdivision of 141 Oxford Avenue in Jersey City, Block 19301, Lot 4 into two lots: Proposed Lots 4.01 & 4.02. Existing lot has an area of 4,939 S.F. Variance for minimum lot size being sought, where 2,475 SF is proposed for Lot 4.01 and 2,464 SF is proposed for Lot 4.02 and 2,500 SF is required per Ordinance Chapter 345-41.E.3.
And any other variance(s) the Board may deem as required, has been filed with the Jersey City Planning Board as case P2025-0087 for property located at:
141 Oxford Avenue
Jersey City, New Jersey 07304
And according to the Jersey City Tax Map, also known as Block(s) 19301 Lot(s) 4
The purpose of this application is to:
