Public Notice Johnston City Council Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Johnston, Iowa will meet at the Council Chambers, on the 20th day of January, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at which time the City Council will consider the proposed Community Investment Plan of the City of Johnston for the fiscal years 2026-2027 through 2030-2031. The proposed Community Investment Plan is on file and available for inspection at the City Clerk's Office, City Hall, Johnston, Iowa. At the above time and place any interested persons may appear and file written or oral objections to the proposed Community Investment Plan.
