Public Notice - Notification of Environmental Covenant Cindy Wilder Bell, as the owner of real property located at 486 River Road, Villa Hills, Kenton County, Kentucky 41017, ("the Property") more particularly described in Deed Book C1706 Page 126 of the Kenton County, Kentucky Clerk's office, hereby states that an Environmental Covenant will be placed of record and will affect a certain portion of the Property in accordance with KRS 224.80-110 to KRS 224.80-210. The legal description of the said certain portion of the Property (the "Parcel") is as follows: Situated on the north side of River Road (KY 8), Kenton County, Kentucky, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at state plane coordinate Northing: 575058.39, Eastling: 1548835.00, being referenced by a set iron pin; thence, North 86°05'18" West, 174.94 feet to state plane coordinate Northing: 575070.32, Easting: 1548660.47, being referenced by a set iron pin; thence, North 31°11'36" West, 77.39 feet to state plane coordinate Northing: 575136.52, Easting: 1548620.38, being referenced by a set iron pin; thence, North 70°31'24" East, 191.71 feet to state plane coordinate Northing: 575200.44, Easting: 1548801.12, being referenced by a set iron pin; thence, South 13°24'44" East, 146.04 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 0.4467 ACRES and being subject to all legal easements. Bearings are based upon State Plane Coordinate System, Kentucky North Zone. The holders of the Environmental Covenant are Kokosing Industrial, Inc. and the City of Cincinnati.
