BID DUE DATE: October 01, 2025 BID DUE TIME: 3:00 p.m., ARIZONA TIME PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of repaving the rear parking lot and extending the perimeter and installing new block retaining walls to create a designed secure area for parking vehicles. This project also includes concrete parking under shade structures, additional lighting with foundations and concrete curbing. Late bids will not be considered under any circumstances. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Number and the bidder's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. All bids must be completed in ink or typewritten on a form to be obtained from the specifications and a complete Invitation for Bid returned along with the offer no later than the time and date cited above.
