The project involves the restoration of building envelope and roof replacement of the WAD Building - Adminstration & Student Services / Financial Aid at Polk State College Winter Haven Campus. 999 Avenue H NE, Winter Haven, FL 33881. The scope includes but is not limited to masonry, caulking, waterproofing, roofing, glass & glazing, stucco, and painting.
