Public Notice RFS – Designer – Memorial Elementary School Town of Natick – School Department MSBA Project #202401980043 July 8, 2026 The Town of Natick for Natick School Department ("Owner") is seeking the services of a qualified "Designer" within the meaning of M.G.L. Chapter 7C, Section 44 to provide professional design and construction administration services for the Memorial Elementary School in Natick, Massachusetts. Selection of a Designer will be made by the Designer Selection Panel of the Massachusetts School Building Authority ("MSBA") in accordance with the MSBA's Designer Selection Procedures The Owner is seeking design services to conduct a Feasibility Study which will include the development and evaluation of potential alternative solutions and continue through the Schematic Design Phase of the preferred alternative initially. The estimated construction budget for a potential Project may range from $75 million to $120 million depending upon the Preferred Schematic solution that is recommended by the Owner and accepted by the MSBA. The Fee for Basic Services will be negotiated. Copies of the Request for Qualifications will be available beginning Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 2:00PM at the School Department, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, 3rd Floor, 01760 or by emailing a request to Matthew J. Gillis, Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations at matgillis@natickps.org and will be available until submission deadline. An Optional Site visit is being held on July 14, 2026 at 10:00AM at 107 Eliot Street, Natick, MA.
