Public Notice - Redesign of Washington County Website Washington County, Utah is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the redesign of the County's website (washco.utah.gov). The redesigned website must comply with ADA and WCAG 2.1 level AA standards, and incorporate the latest web technologies. It must also have full site search capabilities and adhere to best security practices. The proposal should include detailed cost estimates for development, deployment, and, a minimum of one year of post-launch support. Please visit washco.utah.gov and download the Request for Proposals (RFP). RFP Packet contains details on how to obtain Design Guide. Failure to read and follow the Design Guide will result in rejection of the proposal. Proposals must be in electronic form (preferably in PDF format) and emailed to: webmaster@washco.utah.gov. Subject: Proposal for Redesign of Washington County Website. Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, October 31, 2025, at the email address set forth above. Proposals received after will not be considered. All questions, interpretations, or clarifications concerning this RFP should be directed by email to webmaster@washco.utah.gov no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, September 15, 2025. Responses to questions, interpretations, or clarifications concerning this RFP will be posted online via addendum to ensure equal awareness of important facts and details. No others are to be contacted regarding this project. The Washington County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of the County.
