Public Notice In accordance with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, Regulation 61-15 (Certificate of Need for Health Facilities and Services), Golden Age Operations, LLC, doing business as Golden Age—Inman, hereby notifies the public of the planned submission of a Certificate of Need application (CON) to consolidate Inman Healthcare's 40 skilled nursing beds with Golden Age—Inman's 44 skilled nursing beds on the Golden Age—Inman campus and add nine new skilled nursing beds, resulting in 93 skilled nursing beds on the Golden Age—Inman campus located at 82 N Main Street, Inman, Spartanburg County. The project involves a building addition at the Golden Age—Inman campus. The project has an estimated total cost for CON purposes of approximately $12.1 million.
