PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mount Pleasant at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, New York., on September 11, 2025, at 7:00 pm upon the appeal and application of Panda Associates (Owner) of premises located at 432 Commerce Street, Hawthorne NY., which appeal is from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant. The parcel is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 112.5-1-11.
The application is for a Special Use Permit per Town Code §218-63.1, MASSAGE ESTABLISHIMENT, on a legal parcel (.15 Acres) in the HH Zone.
At this hearing, all interested persons whether in favor or opposition will have the opportunity to be heard. A copy of the application and plan will be available for viewing upon requests made t the Zoning Board office (914) 742-2371, cgrohowski@mtpleasantny.gov
